Magic Classroom Admin Privacy Policy
What information do we collect?
The add-on Magic Classroom Admin collects no data whatsoever from the users of the add-on. Not so Magic Apps has no access to any of your Google Sheets that you implement the add-on to. The add-on will process your data from your Google Classrooms and add this to your Google Sheets however at no point is this information saved or removed from your Google Sheets/Classrooms. The only data that is processed is part of the add-on functionality such as gathering your Google Classroom details but again at no point is this information saved or transferred out of your Google Sheets.
The specific types of Google user data Magic Classroom Admin accesses during its operations controlled by you are:
User info Email & Profile - Used to check email address to verify the user who is using the add-on and which version of Magic Classroom Admin is being used
Admin Directory - Used to access the Google Classrooms within the domain but will only work for Super Admins
Google Classroom Courses & Rosters - Used to list all of the Google Classrooms and add/remove users from these Classrooms
Google Sheets - Used to control the main program. Google Sheet worksheets added to manage the different features of the add-on
All of the above are only accessed by the add-on during its normal operations and none of this data is transferred or saved by Not so Magic Apps.
Magic Classroom Admin use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements as well as adhering to Google APIs Terms of Service.
We collect information from you when you report a problem via our Google Form or purchase a subscription for Magic Classroom Admin. This is the only time any data is collected or recorded. We collect name and email address if you choose to purchase one of our add-on packages. This information is only collected to send confirmation emails and renewal notices. All information is kept secure and not shared with anyone.
Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data and access to this data is severely restricted and protected. The highest security measures are put in place to ensure all personal data is protected. Access to all data is protected with multi-factor authentication. We also follow data minimisation so that the very minimum of data is ever stored and recorded.

To improve customer service your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
