NotifySense is a privacy-focused notification manager that helps users capture, organize, search, and review notifications received on their Android device.
NotifySense is designed to process notification data locally on your device. The app does not require an account to use its core features.
When you grant Notification Access permission, NotifySense may access and store notification-related data such as:
Notification title
Notification text or content
App name
Package name
Notification timestamp
Notification category
Saved or favorited state
User actions taken inside the app, such as saving or deleting notifications
Web URLs and links automatically extracted from your notifications.
Basic device state information (such as battery charging status or active Wi-Fi connection) strictly for evaluating custom automation rules.
This data is used only to provide the app’s core notification management features.
NotifySense uses notification data to:
Save notifications for later viewing
Display notification history
Sort and categorize notifications
Show search results and filters
Mark notifications as favorites or saved
Display basic statistics and insights
Support swipe-to-delete and undo actions
Apply user-defined automation rules (e.g., auto-save, mute, pin, or vault) based on keywords, apps, time, or device state.
Intercept and hold notifications for scheduled Batch Digest delivery.
Safely extract and store web links (Link Catcher) for easier browsing.
Generate on-device behavioral insights, such as sleep interruptions, busiest hours, and historical trends.
Read notification titles aloud using your device's native Text-to-Speech engine (Drive Mode).
Notification data is stored locally on your device using the app’s internal storage.
NotifySense does not upload notification history, notification content, or saved notification data to its own servers.
You may clear stored notification data at any time using the app’s built-in controls or by uninstalling the app.
Local Data Processing & Smart Tools
NotifySense includes advanced features such as Automations, Link Catcher, Batch Digest, and Smart Insights. These tools analyze your incoming notifications to provide summaries, extract URLs, calculate behavioral trends, and apply custom rules. All analysis, natural language processing, and parsing of this data happens 100% locally on your device. NotifySense does not transmit your notification content, extracted links, or analytics data to our servers, nor do we share this information with any third parties.
NotifySense may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Google AdMob may use advertising identifiers and related device information to serve, personalize, measure, and limit ads. In some cases, AdMob may also use first-party identifiers when third-party device identifiers are unavailable. These advertising features are governed by Google’s privacy practices and user controls.
NotifySense may offer optional premium features through Google Play Billing.
All purchase transactions are processed by Google Play. NotifySense does not collect or store your full payment card information.
Purchase-related data is handled according to Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.

These services may collect and process information necessary to provide advertising and purchase functionality. Their use of data is governed by Google’s privacy policy and terms.
NotifySense does not sell your notification data.
NotifySense does not share notification history with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
Notification data remains on your device unless you choose to save, clear, or delete it.
NotifySense requires Notification Access permission to read incoming notifications and provide notification history, categorization, search, favorites, saving, and insight features.
Without this permission, the app cannot function as intended.
Internet access may be used only for features such as advertisements and purchase validation through Google services. Notification content is not uploaded by NotifySense for advertising or billing purposes.
NotifySense is not intended for children under 13.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
NotifySense is designed to keep notification data stored locally on the device.
However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and NotifySense cannot guarantee absolute security.
Secure Vault
NotifySense includes an optional Secure Vault feature that allows users to protect selected notifications using their device's PIN, password, or biometric authentication (such as fingerprint or face recognition, where supported).
Notifications stored in the Secure Vault remain on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. Biometric authentication is performed using your device's built-in security features. NotifySense does not collect, store, or have access to your biometric informtion.
If enabled, Vault Rules can automatically move matching notifications (such as OTPs or banking alerts) into the Secure Vault. These rules are processed entirely on your device.
You may:
Grant or revoke Notification Access permission at any time through Android settings
Clear stored notifications inside the app
Remove the app to delete locally stored data
Manage advertising preferences through Google account and device settings
Manage premium purchases through Google Play
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
When updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will change.
