Wendatia enters second republic after new constitution is ratified

For the longest time, Wendatia's constitution was considered by some to be a vague mess. However, this changed on February 8th, 2021. The Congressional House (now the National Assembly) ratified the new constitution, which brought the nation into it's Second Republic. The new constitution had changed the official name to the "Co-operative Republic of Wendatia".
New elections for Deputy President and the newly created National Assembly are begining, with registration as candidates already taking place. Along with that, a new party has emerged: the National Front, created by Andrew Perdomo. Election dates have not been decided yet, however it is estimated they will take place at least in the months to come. The National Assembly elections will run on a Party-list proportional representation system, while the Deputy elections will run on a First-past-the-post system.
A referendum has aslo been planned by the president, which will allow citizens to vote on if each state (Arroyo, Avienta, Pantanal, and Pradera) will be given a national seal, in which voters would be allowed to choose their favorite design for each state.
