The same with me...nothing has changed whatsoever & I've still got the American ringtone & my call waiting is not working properly, but since the Virgin engineer came to me 6 weeks ago, I've not had any contact from Virgin 2nd line.
I'm losing patience with Virgin & this query.
Silent/vibrate ALWAYS. No matter how "cool" you think your ringtone is, everyone else hates it. The only thing worse than listening to other ringers, is listening to that guy in the store with this phone on speaker while he carries on a conversation everyone within 100 feet can hear.
