Technical and usage data. Basic information such as app version, device type, operating system, and anonymous diagnostic/crash data that helps us keep the App stable.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your recordings for advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Convert your voice recordings into text (transcription);

• Generate summaries and answer questions about your notes (AI features);

• Store and sync your notes so you can access them;

• Maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the App;

• Respond to your support requests.

3. Microphone Permission

The App requests microphone access solely to capture audio when you choose to record. The microphone is not accessed in the background or without your action.

4. How Your Data Is Processed and Shared

To provide transcription and AI features, audio and/or text may be securely transmitted to our backend service and trusted third-party AI processing providers. These providers process the data only to deliver the requested feature and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the App.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Your notes are stored to make them available to you within the App. You can delete individual recordings, transcripts, or notes at any time from within the App. Deleted content is removed from active storage. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
