The processing workflow is:

4. The results are returned to the user inside the App.

5. Temporary image processing data is discarded after completion.

Uploaded banknote images are processed only when users actively request the recognition feature.

2.1 AI Recognition Service

To provide banknote recognition and analysis functionality, NoteID uses Alibaba Cloud Qwen AI services.

The AI service processes uploaded banknote images to:

• Identify country and currency.

• Recognize denomination and series.

• Analyze visible characteristics.

• Provide collectible-related information.

The AI service is used only to complete the user's requested recognition task.

2.2 Third-Party Data Handling

We do not sell, rent, or share user-uploaded images for advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes.

Banknote images may be transmitted to our AI processing provider only for providing the requested service.

Uploaded images are not used for:

• Training AI models.

• Creating user profiles.

• Identifying individuals.

• Advertising purposes.

• Public distribution.

• Any unrelated commercial purpose.

We take reasonable measures to ensure third-party service providers process information only for providing requested services.

3. Image Storage and Retention

NoteID follows the principle of data minimization.

We do not permanently store user-uploaded banknote images.

Uploaded images are:

• Not stored permanently in our database.

• Not used for future analysis.

• Not shared publicly.

• Not used for AI training.

Images are processed temporarily and removed after the requested recognition process is completed.

4. Generated Results

After processing is completed, NoteID provides users with recognition results, including:

• Banknote information.

• Estimated value range.

• Collectibility information.

• Historical descriptions.

• Condition analysis.

The generated information is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

NoteID does not provide professional financial, investment, or appraisal services.

Users should consult professional experts for official valuation.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information.

• Limited system access.
