The NoteFlow application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") is provided as a free service. This document is intended to inform users regarding our policies concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
NoteFlow is built with a "Privacy First" approach.
No Data Collection: The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, phone number, or contacts).
No Account Required: Users are not required to create an account or register to use any of the Application's features.
All notes created within NoteFlow, including categories and associated geographic coordinates:
Local Storage Only: All data entered by the user is stored exclusively in the local memory of the user's device.
No Cloud Servers: The developer has no access to your notes, your location history, or your content. No data is sent to external servers.
The Application may request the following permissions to function correctly:
Location (GPS): Required solely to allow the user to pin notes on the map. Location data is processed only on the device and is never shared with the developer or any third parties.
Storage: Required to save and retrieve the notes created by the user on the device.
For maximum transparency, please note that the Application:
Ad-Free: Does not use any third-party SDKs for displaying advertisements.
No Tracking: Does not use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Firebase) to monitor user behavior.
Maps Service: To display the map interface, the app uses standard system services (Google Maps API). Use of these maps is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Since all data resides on your personal device, the security of your notes depends on your smartphone's protection. We recommend using device lock systems (PIN, fingerprint, etc.) to safeguard your content.
NoteFlow does not intentionally collect any information from children. As the app does not collect data, it is safe for users of all ages.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
