This Privacy Policy describes how ZcaDev ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the mobile application NoteBoxie: Notes & Daily Tools (the "App").

1. Information We CollectÂ
Google Sign-In
The App may allow users to sign in using their Google account.
When using Google Sign-In, the App may access basic profile information provided by Google, including:
Email address
Profile name
This information is used only for authentication, cloud backup features, and to personalize the user interface.
The developer does not store this information on independent external servers.
User Content
User-created content such as notes, text, and attachments is primarily stored locally on the user's device.
The App does not analyze, monitor, or profile the textual content of user notes.
Some app features may process note content locally on the device to render formatting or enable functionality.
Storage access (for attaching and importing images)
Support and Feedback
The App provides an optional in-app support and feedback feature that allows users to contact the developer.
When using this feature, the following information may be transmitted and stored using Google Firebase services:
message content
basic technical information such as app version and device information
optional user account information if available
This information is used only for:
providing customer support
responding to feedback
improving the application
2. Cloud Backup
The App offers an optional cloud backup feature using the user's Google Drive account.
When this feature is used:
backups are stored in the user's personal Google Drive
the developer does not have access to these files
users may delete backups at any time from their Google Drive
Cloud backup is only available after the user signs in with their Google account.
NoteBoxie uses Google Drive only to store backup files created by the user.
The app accesses only files created by NoteBoxie and cannot access other files in the user's Google Drive.
Users can delete their cloud backups anytime from the app settings.
3. Photos and Media
The App may allow users to:
attach images to notes
take photos using the device camera
import images from device storage
These files are stored locally on the user's device and may optionally be included in Google Drive backups.
The App does not upload these images to developer-controlled servers.
4. Location Information
The App may request access to location when users choose to use map-related features.
Location data is used only within the feature to display the user's current position on a map.
The App does not store location history or transmit location data to developer servers.
5. Contacts and Calendar
The App may allow users to:
manually enter contact information in notes
export contacts to the device's contact list
select reminder dates using a calendar interface
The App does not collect or transmit contacts or calendar information to the developer.
6. Advertising
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
AdMob may automatically collect certain information including:
Advertising ID
device information
approximate location
interactions with advertisements
This information is used by Google to deliver and measure advertising.

7. Analytics and Crash Reporting
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.

deleting notes within the App
deleting backup files from Google Drive
using the Delete Account feature in the App
uninstalling the App

Information transmitted through third-party services used by the App (such as Google Firebase and Google services) is handled according to Google's security standards and infrastructure.
