Single Loan Closings (15 miles of travel included) $150

Mileage fee per mile, after the first 15 miles.

Act 2

Additional related (Piggy back loan) Loan Closing $35

Act 3

Printing of electronic documents, up to 200 pages $30

Printing additional pages, per page $0.25

Act 4 $50

Travel and non-closing fee. This fee is due if the notary travels to the location and the borrower refuses to sign.

Act 5 $35

Cancellation Fee applied with 1-hour or less notice
