General Information
Protecting your privacy is important to us. Noryva is a locally playable brain game based on dynamic light and shadow decisions.
The app does not require a user account, display advertisements, or use analytics, profiling, or tracking services.
Information Stored on the Device
Noryva stores only the information required for game functionality and user preferences within the app storage area of the device. This may include:
– selected application language
– local high score for the standard game mode
– local high score for the Mirrorfall mode
– local purchase entitlement status for the Mirrorfall expansion
– settings required for the operation of the game
This information is not transmitted to the developer and is not shared with third parties by Noryva.
Depending on the user’s Android device and backup settings, Android may include certain application data in a system backup managed by Google. Such backups are controlled by the operating system and the user’s Google account settings.
In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing
Noryva offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that permanently unlocks the Mirrorfall expansion.
The purchase is processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. Google may process purchase-related information such as:
– product ID
– purchase status
– transaction identifier
– country or region
– currency
– payment information
The developer does not receive complete credit card, bank account, or other complete payment details.
Noryva only checks through Google Play whether the Mirrorfall expansion was legitimately purchased. This allows the app to unlock or restore the purchased content.

Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
Noryva contains:
– no advertising
– no personalized advertising
– no analytics services
– no third-party tracking services

– no transmission of game progress to developer-operated servers
Device Permissions
Noryva does not request unnecessary device permissions.
The app uses the official Google Play Billing interface to process and restore the optional in-app purchase. Internet communication required for purchases is handled through Google Play services.
Music and Audio
The menu and gameplay music are stored inside the application. Noryva does not access audio files, microphones, media libraries, or recordings stored on the user’s device.
Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored preferences, settings, and game progress remain on the device until:
– the application data is deleted through the Android settings, or
– Noryva is uninstalled from the device.
A permanent purchase made through Google Play may be detected and restored after reinstalling the app.
Purchase and payment information is retained and processed by Google according to Google’s applicable legal, contractual, and account requirements.
Because Noryva does not provide user accounts or operate its own servers, the developer does not store personal player profiles or server-side game progress requiring a separate deletion request.
Data Security
Noryva limits data processing to what is technically necessary for operating the game and providing the optional purchase.
Local game information remains within the protected application storage area of the Android device. Purchases are processed through the official Google Play Billing system.
Children’s Privacy
Noryva is a general brain game and is not specifically directed at children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International Use
Noryva can be used internationally. Purchase-related information may be processed by Google in accordance with Google’s privacy policy and international data-processing practices.
