Overpass Message Crew: Help organize and take part in the overpass rallies. New letters need to be made, overpass events scheduled,

supplies taken to and from the events and, of course, participate!   Let’s keep this successful activity going!

THE FORUM: The FORUM will provide opportunities for members to hear speakers in more depth than those at the monthly meetings,

and will provide insight for an expanded range of topics. These might include in-depth questions for candidates, legislative topics, local

issues, etc.. Help in the planning and organization of this exciting new group!

Fundraising: Fundraising is so important, especially in these crucial times! Help plan and organize fundraising efforts, including our

upcoming DEM PROM and exciting 4 of July event! 

Coffee Meet Ups: Spread the word about our club! Our NSDC Coffee Meet and Greets were fun and very successful last year. Help plan

and organize events in Fairfield, Dixon. Vacaville and Suisun.

Legislative Study Group: The California legislature makes laws that affect us all. Join others in this study group to monitor and discuss

pending legislation. Group members will report back to the membership on items that the NSDC may want to support or oppose.

OUR VALUES Working Group: The purpose and direction of the group will include reviewing NSDC bylaws for conduct and consequences regarding racist remarks or actions, clearly stating our Democratic values regarding racism, establishing a stated code of conduct for E-Board members, how we can address issues of systemic racism and move forward with an enhanced awareness of the problem. 

Campaign Organizing Working Group:  What an important election year this is! This group will identify and recruit local Democratic candidates, gather information about local campaigns, develop methods for keeping updated on candidates' events and canvassing, and identify and organize volunteers. Help keep Solano BLUE!!!
