Northern Anthems – Privacy Policy / Gizlilik Politikası

Northern Anthems ("the App") is an entertainment application with Nordic rune themes, daily reflection, journaling, community messages, and a Seer (Kahin) feature for symbolic / entertainment responses only. The App is not real fortune-telling, prophecy, magic, mediumship, or a supernatural service. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

The App is operated by the Northern Anthems developer ("we").

2. Who the App is for
The App is intended for users aged 18 and over.
3. What data we collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may process:
• Display name / username
• Country or region
• Language preference
• Personal goal or intention you enter (journey feature)
• Questions you send to the Seer (Kahin), and answers linked to those questions. Questions are read by a human operator to write entertainment answers, not by an automated fortune-telling AI.
• Community / Rune Tribe messages you post
• App settings stored on your device (for example language and local progress)
• Purchase-related status for Seer credits (payment itself is handled by Google Play; we do not receive your full payment card details)
• A push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can notify you when your Seer answer is ready
• Crash logs and diagnostic data (device model and manufacturer, Android version, app version, graphics renderer, memory, the screen in use, and recent technical app log lines), sent automatically when the App crashes or a technical error occurs
• Advertising data: the App shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising ID, device information, and approximate location (based on IP address) to show and measure ads
4. Why we use this data
• To run App features (profile, journey, Seer Q&A, community messages)
• To show your language and preferences
• To deliver Seer answers, show your question history in the App, and send a notification when an answer is ready
• To operate in-app purchases for entertainment Seer access via Google Play Billing (no prophecy or outcome guarantee)
• To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical errors and improve App stability
• To show ads that help keep the App free
5. Where data is stored / processors
Some data is sent to our backend hosted by Supabase (a cloud database / backend provider) so the App can save and load questions, answers, messages, crash reports, and related records.
Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Ads are served by Google AdMob.
Device-local settings may stay on your phone.
Google processes payments if you buy Seer credits through Google Play.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
Data may be processed by service providers that host or operate the App (Supabase, Google Firebase, Google AdMob) and by Google for Play Billing / Play services, only as needed to provide the App.
The human Seer operator reads questions in order to write entertainment answers.

7. Retention
We keep data as long as needed to provide the App and Seer/community features, unless you ask us to delete it where applicable, or unless we must keep it for legal reasons. Crash reports are kept only as long as needed to fix technical problems.
8. Your choices
You can limit what you type into the App.
You can turn off notifications in your phone's settings.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device's Google settings.
In Settings you can delete data stored on this device (profile, journal, Seer history, credits). Rune Tribe messages on the server are removed if you contact us at northernanthems@gmail.com with the display name you used.
You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of data we hold, where applicable.
9. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 18. Do not use the App if you are under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do.
The latest version will be published at this page URL.
11. Entertainment / purchases notice
Seer (Kahin) content is for entertainment and symbolic personal reflection only.
Paid credits unlock entertainment access only; they do not sell prophecy or guaranteed results.
Purchases are subject to Google Play terms and refund policies.

• Rün Kabilesi / topluluk mesajları
• Cihazda tutulan ayarlar (dil, yerel ilerleme vb.)
• Kahin soru kredisi satın alma durumu (ödemeyi Google Play alır; kart numaranız bize gelmez)
• Kahin yanıtın hazır olduğunda haber verebilmemiz için bildirim token'ı (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• Uygulama çöktüğünde veya teknik bir hata oluştuğunda otomatik gönderilen çökme kayıtları ve tanılama verileri (cihaz modeli ve üreticisi, Android sürümü, uygulama sürümü, grafik bilgisi, bellek, kullanılan ekran ve son teknik uygulama günlüğü satırları)
• Reklam verileri: Uygulama Google AdMob ile reklam gösterir; AdMob reklamları göstermek ve ölçmek için cihazının reklam kimliğini, cihaz bilgilerini ve IP adresine dayalı yaklaşık konumunu toplayabilir

5. Nerede tutulur
Bazı veriler uygulamanın çalışması için Supabase altyapısına gider (soru, yanıt, mesaj, çökme raporu ve ilgili kayıtlar).
Bildirimler Google Firebase Cloud Messaging üzerinden iletilir.
Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur.
Cihaz ayarları telefonda kalabilir.

6. Paylaşım
Kişisel verini satmayız.
Veri, yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için hizmet sağlayıcılar (Supabase, Google Firebase, Google AdMob) ve Google Play Billing / Play hizmetleri tarafından işlenebilir.
Kahin sorularını eğlence yanıtı yazmak için bir insan okur.

7. Saklama

Reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilir, silebilir veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları cihazının Google ayarlarından kapatabilirsin.
Ayarlar'dan bu cihazdaki veriyi silebilirsin (profil, günlük, Kahin geçmişi, krediler). Sunucudaki Rün Kabilesi mesajları için northernanthems@gmail.com adresine kullandığın görünen adı yazarak ulaş.
Erişim, düzeltme veya silme talebi için de aynı adrese yazabilirsin.
9. Çocuklar
Uygulama 18 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. 18 yaşından küçüksen kullanma.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu metni güncelleyebiliriz. "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir.
Güncel sürüm bu sayfa adresinde yayınlanır.
11. Eğlence / satın alma
Kahin içeriği yalnızca eğlence ve sembolik kişisel yansıtmadır.
Ücretli krediler yalnızca bu eğlence erişimini açar; kehanet veya sonuç garantisi satılmaz.
Satın almalar Google Play koşullarına ve iade politikasına tabidir.
