We hope both experienced and new players find fun, competitive match play, and remember players will have at least 2 scheduled matches.  Players may be contacted to adjust registration levels if appropriate. 

Mixed Doubles (Week 1)

• Open to all player levels; 1 boy and 1 girl in a Doubles team ($20 per player)

Student-Adult Doubles (Week 1)

• Open to all player levels; 1 student and 1 adult (parent, family member, etc; 30+ years old) in a Doubles team ($40 total)

Tier 1 Boys Singles (Week 2)

• Intended for Varsity experienced players or players with tournament experience ($35)

Tier 2 Boys Singles (Week 2)

• Intended for Junior Varsity players or players new to tournaments ($35)

Tier 1 Girls Singles (Week 2)

• Intended for Varsity experienced players or players with tournament experience ($35)

Tier 2 Girls Singles (Week 2)

• Intended for Junior Varsity players or players new to tournaments  ($35)

Boys Doubles (Week 2)

• Open to all player levels ($25 per player)

Girls Doubles (Week 2)

• Open to all player levels ($25 per player)

The North Creek Open is open to all high school (incoming 9th - 12th grade and 2026 graduates) players across the region for the upcoming school year.

• Registration and payment must be submitted by the deadline date.

• Doubles players must have a registered and paid partner to participate.

• Refund requests for withdrawals before the registration deadline can be made by emailing: northcreekopentennis@gmail.com. After registration is closed and draws our posted, our policy is to issue refunds only if withdrawn players can be replaced with another player.

• Deadline for registration: Saturday August 1st, 2026 OR until registration is full

• Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles Main and Consolation Draw matches are played best of 3 sets, no ad scoring.

  • Sets tied at 6-6 will play a win-by-two tiebreak to 7.

  • 3rd sets will play a win-by-two tiebreak to 10.

• Student-Adult Doubles matches (Main and Consolation) are played as one Pro Set, no ad scoring.

  • Sets tied at 8-8 will play a win-by-two tiebreak to 10.

• All players must check in 15 minutes prior to their match and be available for match play throughout tournament dates.  Players not present at scheduled match time will forfeit their match, and be ineligible for match refund.

• All matches will have a 5 minute warm-up.

• Players agree to follow tennis sportsmanlike conduct rules at all time. Players are responsible for their own line calls. If there is a disagreement, players may ask for lines assistance, but volunteers will only advise on calls still made by match players.

• Coaching not allowed during match play, except for 5 mins immediately before 3rd set tiebreak (if needed).  Cheering is encouraged!

• In the event of rain, match format may need to be shortened (e.g. Fast 4), or consolation matches cancelled in order to complete the tournament. Refunds will be considered when appropriate.

The North Creek Open is completely organized and run by volunteers of the Boys Tennis Jaguar Booster Club.

We are looking for additional volunteers to help us smoothly run this event!  Opportunities for both students (for volunteer hours), and parents  may  cover help in the following areas:

• Running Concessions (2 people minimum, 1 must be an adult)

• Updating match score copy for spectators

• Updating white board for tracking players "on court", and "on next" players

• Volunteer line judge (as needed)

• Miscellaneous help to run the event
