This Privacy Policy applies to Nuvix VPN (the "App", "we," "us," or "our"), which may appear in certain app store listings with the subtitle "Proxy VPN", explains how we access, collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with the App.

Some data may be stored locally on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App. Data processed by third-party service providers may be retained according to their own retention practices and legal obligations.

- stop future local data storage by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.

The App does not currently provide in-app account registration. If you contact us regarding privacy questions or deletion requests, we will review requests relating to data we control, subject to applicable law and operational requirements.

The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information to us improperly, please contact us so we can review the situation.
