Sebastian Conclara was a spark plug from the leadoff spot, collecting three hits and swiping two bases to help power the NorCal Tigers to a hard-fought 10-7 victory over the Baysox on Sunday at De Anza High School.

Conclara finished 3-for-5, recording singles in the first, sixth, and eighth innings while constantly putting pressure on the Baysox defense. His performance helped fuel a balanced Tigers offense that produced 12 hits and drew an impressive 13 walks.

The Baysox struck first in the opening inning when a player lined a single on a 3-0 pitch to bring home the game's first run. NorCal answered immediately in the bottom half as Emilio Ramirez grounded out to score a run, knotting the game at 1-1.

Baysox regained the lead in the second. A fielder's choice and an RBI single to center field plated two more runs, giving Baysox a 3-1 advantage.

The Tigers responded with their biggest offensive inning of the afternoon in the third. After patiently working counts and putting runners on base, NorCal erupted for four runs to take a 5-3 lead. RBI singles from Joe Correa and Andrew Marty highlighted the rally as the Tigers seized momentum and never looked back.

NorCal continued to add insurance throughout the middle innings, capitalizing on timely hitting and disciplined at-bats. The Tigers' ability to consistently reach base forced Baysox pitchers into long innings and created scoring opportunities throughout the game.

Out of the bullpen, Sean Snead delivered a standout performance to earn the victory. The right-hander logged 7⅓ innings in relief, allowing four runs (three earned) on six hits while striking out seven and walking four. After starter Andrew Marty worked the opening 1⅔ innings, Snead stabilized the game and kept the Baysox offense in check for the remainder of the afternoon.

Offensively, Emilio Ramirez, Joe Correa, and Anakin Manuel each drove in two runs to pace the Tigers lineup. Ramirez also showcased outstanding plate discipline, drawing three walks as part of NorCal's 13-walk afternoon. Every trip to the plate put pressure on the Baysox pitching staff, allowing the Tigers to control the game's tempo.

Baysox players continued to battle throughout the game, with one player driving in three runs as part of a three-hit performance. Several others recorded multiple-hit games, while the visitors were aggressive on the basepaths, stealing seven bases and turning one double play.

With the win, the NorCal Tigers continue to build momentum and will look to carry their strong offensive approach into next Sunday's road matchup against the CV Braves.
