This application is a financial and project management system used to track income, expenses, receivables, payables, assets, and project-related records for different types of businesses such as cafes, residential projects, and school

This application does not allow end users to create accounts directly.

All user accounts are created and managed by an administrator (system owner). The application stores and processes the following data entered by the administrator:

• Project financial records (income, expenses, balances)

• Customer, student, or client information (if entered by administrator)

• Uploaded images and attachments

• System-generated identifiers and records

• Device tokens for push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

We do not collect data directly from end users of the system.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected data to:

• Provide core app functionality

• Store and sync project data across devices

• Send push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

• Store uploaded images securely (Amazon Cloud Storage)

• Maintain backend services (SmarterASP server)

3. Data Storage & Third-Party Services

We use third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) – for push notifications

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) – for image storage

• SmarterASP.net – for backend API and database hosting

These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies.

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with advertisers or marketing companies

4. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secur

Data is stored as long as the user continues using the application. Users may request deletion of their data by contacting us.

• Deletion of data
