# END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and [COMPANY NAME] ("Developer", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your use of the Noor mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.
## 1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
You and the Developer acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between You and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof. The usage rules offering the App are subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
## 2. SCOPE OF LICENSE
The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded products (iPhone, iPad) that you own or control, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
## 3. APP FEATURES & RELIGIOUS DATA DISCLAIMER
The App provides religious information, including but not limited to prayer times, Qibla direction, Quranic texts, and AI-powered food analysis (Halal Check).
* **Accuracy:** While we strive for high precision in prayer calculations and Qibla direction, differenced in calculation methods (madhab) and geolocation hardware may result in variations. You should verify critical timings locally.
* **AI Halal Check:** The "Halal Check" feature uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze ingredients. This is a supportive tool and does not constitute a formal Fatwa or guaranteed certification. Always verify product packaging directly.
* **Content:** All religious content is provided for educational and spiritual purposes.
## 4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Premium") granting access to exclusive features (e.g., Ad-Free experience, Advanced content).
* **Payment:** Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
* **Automatic Renewal:** Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
* **Account Charging:** Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package (e.g., Weekly $1.99, Yearly $29.99).
* **Management:** You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
* **Free Trial:** Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription used.
## 5. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the App to:
* Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
* Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
* Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App.
* Post objectional or offensive content if the App includes community features.
## 6. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. You and the Developer acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
## 7. NO WARRANTY
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE DEVELOPER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE APP, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
## 8. PRODUCT CLAIMS
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the User or any third party relating to the App or the User’s possession and/or use of that App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
## 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
## 10. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
## 11. THIRD PARTY TERMS OF AGREEMENT
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (e.g., you must not violate your wireless data service agreement when using the App).
## 12. THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARY
You and the Developer acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
## 13. TERMINATION
The license is effective until terminated by you or the Developer. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination of the license, you shall cease all use of the App and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the App.
