This Privacy Policy explains how NoodCube Edu ("the App," "we," "us") handles information when you use the App.
Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not require you to create an account and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or contact list.
The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or attribution SDKs.
Information Stored on Your Device
Information you enter in the App (for example practice sessions, songs, favourites, and profile preferences) is stored locally so the App can function. We do not transmit this journal or learning data to our servers.
If you use the tuner, the App may access the microphone to detect pitch on your device. This audio is processed locally and is not uploaded.
Device Identifiers and Advertising
To show our own personalized product ads, the App may collect:
an app-specific device identifier (Identifier for Vendor)
an advertising identifier (IDFA), only after you allow tracking in the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt
an Apple Push Notification service device token
the App’s bundle identifier
This information is sent to our servers and is linked to your device so we can deliver, measure, and improve developer advertising and marketing in the App. We use it for our own ads, not for third-party advertising networks.
You can change tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings. If you decline tracking, we do not use your IDFA for personalized ads.
Advertisements we serve may open web content. Those pages are provided by us or our advertising partners and may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Notifications
If you turn on reminders or allow notifications, the App asks iOS for notification permission. Notification delivery is handled by Apple. You can change this permission in system Settings.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share device identifiers with third-party analytics, advertising, or attribution SDKs. We use the identifiers described above on our own servers for developer advertising and marketing.
Data Retention
App data you create remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Device identifiers used for advertising are retained only as long as needed to provide and improve those ads, or until you withdraw the relevant permission.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
