To provide and improve the functions of the “No More Snore” application.

“No More Snore” uses the device microphone to detect and analyze snoring sounds.
Audio recordings and snoring analysis data generated by the application are processed and stored locally on the user’s device and are not transmitted to or stored on VKSoft servers.
Users may delete locally stored recordings and related data through the application or by deleting the application from their device.
Users may exercise rights regarding their personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

② Such requests may be submitted to VKSoft by email or other available means, and VKSoft will respond without undue delay in accordance with applicable law.

④ Requests for access to or suspension of processing may be restricted where permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
⑤ Requests for deletion may be restricted where VKSoft is legally required to retain certain information.
⑥ VKSoft may request reasonable verification to confirm that the person making the request is the user concerned or an authorized representative.
Because VKSoft does not operate user accounts and does not directly collect identifying information through “No More Snore,” VKSoft may not be able to identify or retrieve information associated with a particular user when such information is collected only in anonymous or pseudonymous form.
VKSoft does not maintain a database containing users’ directly identifying personal information for the operation of “No More Snore.”
Certain pseudonymous or technical information may nevertheless be processed automatically by third-party analytics or diagnostic services as described in this Privacy Policy.
Audio recordings and snoring-related data created by the application are stored locally on the user’s device and are not stored on VKSoft servers.
VKSoft retains personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.
When personal information is no longer required, VKSoft will delete or destroy it without undue delay.
Information stored electronically will be deleted using methods designed to prevent reasonable recovery where applicable.
Data stored locally on the user's device, including audio recordings and snoring analysis data, may be deleted directly by the user through the application or by uninstalling the application.
Information processed by third-party analytics or diagnostic providers may be retained according to the retention policies of those providers.
VKSoft does not use web browser cookies within the “No More Snore” application.
However, analytics or diagnostic SDKs integrated into the application may automatically collect technical identifiers, application usage information, and diagnostic data as described above.
Users may also restrict certain data collection through operating-system privacy settings where such options are available.
VKSoft is responsible for the overall management of personal information related to the “No More Snore” application.
