(1) These Terms take effect by being posted on the Company's website or notified to users through a linked screen within the Application so that users can be aware of them.
(2) The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Game Industry Promotion Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Content Industry Promotion Act. (3) Users may decline to agree to the amended Terms, and if they do not agree, they may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw from the Service. However, where the Company has notified users, by the method in paragraph (2), that they will be deemed to have consented if they do not express their intent otherwise, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms if the User does not expressly indicate otherwise to the Company by the day before the effective date, or if the User continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms.

(1) The Service use agreement is formed when a Customer installs and runs the Application, agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, applies to use the Service, and the Company accepts that application. After a Customer completes the application to use the Service, the Service shall be deemed accepted if the Application runs normally on the Device.
(2) If a User steals another person's personal information during use of the Service, the User cannot claim the rights granted under these Terms, and the Company may cancel or terminate the use agreement. The same applies where a User provides personal information to a Platform Operator and uses the Service through the Platform Operator.
(3) The Company may decline to accept an application for use that falls under any of the following:
Where a user who has been restricted within the last 3 months, or permanently restricted, under the service operation policy applies for use;
Where it is necessary to restrict the provision of the Service under a contract entered into by the Company, or to users accessing from a particular country;
Where the application is made for the purpose of committing an illegal act prohibited under the Game Industry Promotion Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, or other relevant laws;
Where, for other reasons equivalent to items 1 through 3, acceptance is deemed inappropriate.
(1) The Company performs all user management tasks, such as determining whether a User may use the Service, through the User Account (including Device-based Accounts; the same applies hereinafter).
(2) Users must manage their User Account with the duty of care of a good manager. The Company bears no responsibility for any damage arising from a User's negligent management of their User Account or from permitting a third party to use it.
(1) The Company strives to protect users' personal information, including User Accounts, as prescribed by relevant laws. The protection and use of users' personal information shall be governed by relevant laws and the Privacy Policy separately established and notified by the Company.
(2) The Company's Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services that are merely linked from the Company's website or Service.
(3) The Company bears no responsibility for any of a User's personal information, including the User Account, that is exposed due to reasons attributable to the User.
(1) The Company shall comply with relevant laws and faithfully exercise the rights and perform the obligations stipulated in these Terms in accordance with the principle of good faith.
(2) Where opinions or complaints raised by users are objectively recognized as justified, the Company shall promptly handle them within a reasonable period. However, if handling takes a long time, the Company shall separately notify the User of the reason and the processing schedule.
(3) Where a failure occurs in the Service, the Company shall make its best efforts to repair or restore it without delay, barring unavoidable circumstances.
(4) The Company shall endeavor to provide convenience to users in procedures and matters related to the conclusion, modification, and termination of the use agreement.
(1) Users shall not use the Service provided by the Company for purposes other than its original intended purpose, nor engage in any of the following acts:
Using another person's personal information or entering false information when providing personal information to the Company for inquiries, recovery or refund requests for Paid Content, event winnings, etc.;
Stealing or improperly using another user's User Account, or purchasing Paid Content by stealing another person's payment method or information;
Trading (including gifting) Content such as Paid Content with others, or acquiring and using such Content;
Using information obtained through the Company's Service or Application for commercial/non-commercial purposes, or using the Service through unknown bugs, etc.;
Using the Company's Service or Application to generate financial gain for oneself or others;
Damaging the reputation of others or causing them harm;
Infringing the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other rights of the Company or third parties;

Inducing or participating in speculative acts such as gambling for property;
Transmitting or distributing to other users any text, symbols, sounds, or images that cause shame, disgust, or fear;
Destroying, damaging, altering, or forging information and communication systems, data, programs, applications, etc., or interfering with their operation;
Arbitrarily modifying the Application, adding or inserting other programs into the Application, or manipulating or altering data communication between the server and the Application;
Using the Service for the purpose of profit, business, advertising, political activities, illegal election campaigns, etc., without the Company's consent;
Other acts that violate public order and good morals, or that are illegal, unjust, or in violation of relevant laws.
(2) Users have an obligation to regularly check and comply with announcements and amendments to the Terms within the Company's Application, and shall not engage in any act that interferes with the Company's business.
(3) Users bear responsibility for managing their User Account and the Device used for the Service, and shall not allow third parties to use them. In addition, no cancellation or refund may be requested for the purchase or use of Paid Content arising from a User's fault, negligent management, or permission to use the Device.
(4) The Company may establish and operate a service operation policy, and users must use the Service in compliance with the service operation policy established by the Company.
(5) The Company may change the service operation policy from time to time, and where it does so, it shall follow the procedure set out in Article 4 (2).
(1) The Company commences the Service from the time it accepts a User's use of the Service. However, for some services, the Company provides the Service from a designated date as needed.
(2) Where a User uses the Service with a Device-based Account, service usage records are restored upon reinstallation on the same Device even if the Application is deleted. However, if the Device is reset or changed, the device identifier may change and the service usage records may not be restored; therefore, it is recommended to use the Service by linking a User Account (Google, Apple account, etc.). The Company notifies the User of this in advance at the time of first use when the User uses the Service with a Device-based Account, and bears no responsibility for any damage to the User arising from resetting or changing the Device.
(3) When downloading the Application or using the Service over a network, separate fees set by the mobile carrier subscribed to may be incurred. In addition, in cases such as device changes or overseas roaming, all or part of the Content may be unavailable, and for downloaded and installed applications or services used over a network, background tasks may proceed. In such cases, additional fees may be incurred according to the characteristics of the Device or mobile carrier, and the Company bears no responsibility in this regard.
(4) The Company provides the Service 24 hours a day, year-round, barring special operational or technical obstacles. However, the Company may temporarily suspend use of the Service for a certain period where operationally necessary, such as regular system maintenance, server expansion and replacement, various bug patches, and service changes. In such cases, the Company shall give advance notice of the content and time through in-app announcements, etc. However, where there are unavoidable reasons the Company cannot announce in advance, it may announce afterward.
(5) Where it is difficult to continue the Service due to significant managerial reasons such as discontinuation of the Service following a business transfer, division, or merger, expiration of the service provision contract, or worsening profitability of the Service, the Company may discontinue the entire Service. In such cases, the Company shall announce the reason for discontinuation and compensation conditions, etc. by the method set out in Article 4 (2) at least 30 days before the discontinuation date, and the period of use for Paid Content with no fixed period shall extend until the discontinuation date announced at the time of the discontinuation notice.
(1) Users must use the Service in accordance with these Terms and the service operation policy or usage rules.
(2) The Company holds comprehensive authority over the Service, including its operation and termination.
(3) The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service in any of the following cases:
Where there are force majeure reasons such as war, conflict, natural disaster, or national emergency;
Where normal use of the Service is hindered due to power outages, failures of various facilities, or a surge in usage;
Where unavoidable due to construction such as repair of service facilities;
Where the Service cannot be provided due to other general circumstances of the Company.
(4) Except where the cause of a change or suspension of the Service is the Company's intent or negligence, the Company bears no responsibility for problems arising from the change and/or suspension of the Service.
(1) The Company may request additional information from users beyond the user information provided through Platform Operators and/or App Store Operators, and shall not use the collected or provided user information for any purpose other than those set out in the Privacy Policy.
(2) The Company may send service-related information to users using device notifications (push notifications), and users may refuse to receive them at any time through their device settings.
(1) Users may purchase Paid Content according to the payment policy of the App Store Operator corresponding to the type of Device being used, and differences in payment amounts may arise due to differences in such payment policies. In addition, the purchase price of Paid Content is charged according to the methods and policies determined by the mobile carrier, Platform Operator, and/or App Store Operator associated with the App Store Operator, and the payment method also follows the payment policy of the relevant operator.
(2) Paid Content purchased in the Service by a User may only be used on the Device on which the relevant service application was downloaded and installed.
(3) Users may use Paid Content only on their User Account and may not transfer, lend, trade, or exchange it to third parties. However, this shall not apply where used by a method separately established and announced by the Company.
(1) The Application includes an in-app payment function for purchasing Paid Content.
(2) Users must prevent third-party in-app payments by using the password setting function of the Device, the password setting function provided by the App Store Operator and/or mobile carrier, etc.
(3) The Company bears no responsibility for third-party in-app payments arising from a User's failure to use in-app payment prevention functions, etc., or from password exposure due to the User's carelessness.
(4) Where a User has subscribed to a mobile carrier's youth plan, making an in-app payment on the relevant Device shall be deemed to have the consent of the legal representative.
(5) Users are responsible for faithfully paying in-app payment charges.
(6) Payment limits may be granted or adjusted for each payment method according to the policies of the Company and payment providers (mobile carriers, App Store Operators, etc.).
(1) Users may withdraw their subscription (cancel a purchase) without any separate fee within 7 days from the date of purchase or the date the Paid Content becomes available; or, where the content of the Paid Content differs from the labeling/advertising or was performed differently from the purchase, within 3 months from the date the Paid Content becomes available, or within 30 days from the date the User became aware or could have become aware of the fact. However, withdrawal of subscription (purchase cancellation) may be restricted for Paid Content that has already been used or is deemed to have been used, or that has equivalent characteristics.
(2) Where, due to reasons attributable to the Company, a User cannot use purchased Paid Content in the Service, the Company shall compensate with identical or similar Paid Content or refund the full purchase amount regardless of the purchase date.
(3) Refunds for Paid Content purchased by a User shall be processed according to the refund policy of the App Store Operator used by the User, and the detailed refund application procedure shall follow the operation policy of the App Store Operator. In addition, once a refund for purchased Paid Content is completed, the Paid Content shall be deducted by the refunded amount. Where Paid Content was provided differently, the method set out in paragraph (2) of this Article shall apply. However, where a User has used part of the differently provided Paid Content, compensation shall be made only with Paid Content.
(4) Where there are grounds that may be deemed use of Paid Content by the User—such as where Paid Content has been converted into Content, where the basic unit purchasable within the Service has been impaired due to full or partial use, or where a consent process such as acceptance has been completed on a screen related to sending/receiving Paid Content such as a mailbox and/or gift box—the User shall be deemed to have expressed an intent to use it.
(5) Paid Content acquired through service-use activity without going through an in-app payment that records a normal purchase history, or received as a gift from another user, and Free Content acquired through the Company's events, etc., are non-refundable.
(6) For Paid Content subject to restrictions on withdrawal of subscription, the Company shall take measures so that the exercise of rights such as withdrawal of subscription is not hindered, for example by indicating before in-app payment that withdrawal of subscription is restricted. If the Company fails to take such measures, the User may withdraw the subscription notwithstanding the grounds for restriction. However, withdrawal of subscription is restricted in the following cases:
Paid Content whose use begins immediately upon purchase or is immediately applied to the Service;
Where additional benefits provided with Paid Content have been used after purchase;
Where part of Paid Content sold as a bundle (package) has been used;
Where capsule-type/probability-type Paid Content, for which the act of opening may be regarded as use or whose utility is determined upon opening, has been opened;
Where part of the Paid Content has been used, or it is difficult to resell because time has already passed.
(7) Where a minor has purchased Paid Content through in-app payment without the consent of their legal representative, the minor or the legal representative may cancel the in-app payment. However, cancellation is restricted where the minor's in-app payment is within the scope of property the minor was permitted to dispose of by the legal representative, or where the minor used deception, etc. to make others believe they were an adult. Whether a purchaser of Paid Content is a minor is determined based on the holder of the Device or payment method, such as a credit card, used for the in-app payment. When requesting cancellation of a minor's payment, documents proving the minor and the legal representative must be submitted as required by the Company.
(8) In-app payments follow the payment method provided by the App Store Operator, and where an overpayment occurs during in-app payment, a refund must be requested from the App Store Operator. If an overpayment occurs during in-app payment and a refund (including payment cancellation) is requested from the Company, the Company shall, only where possible according to the policies and systems of the App Store Operator, request a refund of the overpayment from the App Store Operator and process it; the method of refunding the overpayment shall follow Article 17 (3). However, where the App Store Operator restricts the Company's overpayment refund application, the User must request the overpayment refund directly from the App Store Operator.
(1) Where a User withdraws a subscription under the main text of Article 16 (1), the Company shall, without delay, recover or delete the relevant Paid Content and refund the amount received, or process the refund through payment cancellation, within 3 business days from the date the Paid Content was recovered or deleted.
(2) In the case of paragraph (1), where the Company delays the refund to the User, it shall pay delay interest for the delay period, calculated by multiplying by the interest rate prescribed in the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and its Enforcement Decree.
(3) In making a refund, where the User paid by credit card or another payment method prescribed in the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company shall, without delay, request the operator that provided the payment method to suspend or cancel the charge. However, where the Company has already received the payment from the payment provider, it shall refund it to the payment provider and notify the User.
(4) Where a User withdraws a subscription under the main text of Article 16 (1), the cost necessary to return the Paid Content, etc. shall be borne by the User (except where the content differs from the labeling/advertising or was performed differently from the purchase), and the Company shall not claim a penalty or damages from the User on grounds of the withdrawal of subscription.
(1) Users may terminate the use agreement at any time, if they no longer wish to use the Service, by using the withdrawal function within the Application.
(2) Where the Service use agreement is terminated (withdrawn), the Company immediately deletes service usage records, Paid and Free Content, etc. Accordingly, users must request a refund for Paid Content before the Service use agreement is terminated (withdrawn).
(3) Where a User violates Article 10 or matters set out in the service operation policy, the Company may terminate the use agreement or restrict use of the Service for a fixed period.
(4) Users may file an objection to a Service use restriction under paragraph (3) according to the procedure established by the Company, and where the Company deems the User's objection justified, it shall immediately resume use of the Service.
(5) Where a Service use restriction under paragraph (3) is justified, the Company bears no responsibility to compensate for damage suffered by the User due to the Service use restriction.
(6) To prevent users' overindulgence in the Service, the Company may restrict the method, time, and number of uses, etc., and may apply a user protection program depending on the degree of the User's overindulgence. If a User refuses the application of the user protection program, the Company may suspend provision of the Service regardless of the User's intent.
(1) The Company may provisionally suspend a User's use of the Service until an investigation into any of the following matters is completed:
Where a legitimate report is received that a User Account has been hacked or stolen;
Where it is reasonably suspected that an act falls under the acts subject to sanctions set out in the service operation policy;
Where it is otherwise determined to fall under acts equivalent to items 1 and 2.
(2) After the investigation under each item of paragraph (1) is completed, the Company shall extend the period of use of Paid Content in proportion to the Service usage period. However, where the User is confirmed to be a violator under paragraph (1), no extension shall be granted.
(1) Where a User causes damage to the Company by violating the obligations of these Terms, or causes damage to the Company in the course of using the Service, the User shall compensate the Company for such damage.
(2) Where the Company receives a claim for damages, a lawsuit, or other objections from a third party other than the User due to an illegal act or violation of these Terms committed by the User in the course of using the Service, the User shall indemnify the Company at the User's own responsibility and expense, and where damage occurs to the Company because the Company is not indemnified, the User shall compensate for such damage.
(1) The Company is exempted from liability where it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as a natural disaster, national emergency, or an intractable technical defect.
(2) The Company bears no responsibility for suspension or use failure of the Service due to reasons attributable to the User, nor for damage to a User arising because a telecommunications carrier suspends telecommunications services or fails to provide them normally.
(3) The Company is exempted from liability where the Service is suspended or a failure occurs due to unavoidable reasons such as repair, replacement, or regular inspection of service facilities that was announced in advance or carried out urgently.
(4) The Company bears no responsibility for a User's failure to obtain expected scores, rankings, etc. through use of the Service, and is exempted from liability for damage, etc. arising from the User's choices or use of the Service.
(5) The Company bears no responsibility whatsoever for disadvantages and loss of information that a User incurs by changing their own personal information, etc. (including the User Account).
(6) The Company bears no responsibility for various problems arising in the course of using the Service due to the User's device environment, a network environment not attributable to the Company, etc.
(7) The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between users, or between a User and a third party, through the medium of the Service, and bears no responsibility to compensate for any resulting damage.
(8) Among the services provided by the Company, free services or Free Content are excluded from the scope of compensation for damages. However, this does not apply to damage caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
(1) Lawsuits regarding disputes arising between the Company and a User in connection with use of the Service shall be subject to the court determined by the procedures set out in relevant laws such as the Civil Procedure Act.
(2) The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to lawsuits filed between the Company and a User.
Addendum
(Effective Date) These Terms are effective as of March 26, 2026.
