Hardware Discovery and Wireless Communication Disclosure
To enable seamless interaction with nearby hardware via Bluetooth technology, our application interacts with specific system-level identifiers.
Approximate Location Access: In compliance with Android operating system requirements, the process of scanning for and pairing with Bluetooth devices necessitates access to your approximate (non-precise) location. This is a mandatory technical trigger for device discovery and is not used for geographical monitoring or user tracking.
Privacy-Centric Approach: We do not collect, store, or transmit your GPS coordinates or real-time physical movements. Access to approximate location data is ephemeral and used strictly to establish a secure wireless handshake between the app and your hardware.
Data Security: All technical data transmitted during the Bluetooth connection is protected by industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to ensure that technical identifiers remain confidential.
Retention Policy: Any temporary technical logs related to hardware connectivity and location access are automatically purged from our systems after 90 days of inactivity.

We encourage users to review this policy regularly, as continued use of the app implies acceptance of any modifications.
