When you use NoExcuses, we may collect and store the following:

• Email address and account credentials

• Profile information (name, age, fitness goal, current and target weight)

• Daily log data (weight, mood, energy, sleep, hunger, notes)

• Food photos submitted for analysis

• Nutrition and meal log entries

• Progress photos uploaded by users

• Coach conversation messages

• App usage preferences and notification settings

• Device permissions granted by users (camera, photo library)

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide and improve the coaching experience

• Display progress and nutrition data

• Generate AI-powered coaching responses

• Analyze food photos and progress photos

• Send reminders and notifications when enabled

• Maintain user accounts and app functionality

• Monitor app performance and reliability

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

NoExcuses uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — secure account storage, authentication, and data management

• OpenAI — AI coaching responses and food photo analysis

Data shared with third-party providers is limited to what is necessary to provide app functionality.

Data Retention & Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time from the Account screen. Account deletion permanently removes profile information, activity history, nutrition entries, progress photos, and associated account data. This action cannot be undone.

Camera & Photo Library

Camera and photo library access are used solely to allow users to upload food photos and progress photos for analysis and tracking purposes.

Your Data Belongs to You

Progress photos, weight entries, daily logs, nutrition information, and health-related data belong to you. Users may delete their account and associated data at any time through the app.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and security measures to protect user information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
