I’m so easily distracted. Until I’m not.

The time it takes to trick myself into not being this way is substantial. But. I’m convinced it’s better than giving up entirely.

Lately…

I either drink ice-cold coffee in the morning and reject reality…

Or drink piping hot coffee at night with the AC running and reject reality!

Anyway, the main purpose of this entry is not coffee or myself, but rather to give a shout-out to my friend and very talented author, Jade Juniper. As of August 1st, the second book in her political fantasy trilogy, The Thrice Kingdom Series, has officially been released!

If you are looking for political fantasy, deep character writing, a queer-normative world, or just finally… finally… some good f**king food (read: dialogue. Finally some good dialogue in a fantasy series), I beseech thee, nay, I implore thee, to start with the Solstice Court and dive into her writing!
