This privacy policy applies to the No catalogo app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Régis Sales (collectively, the "Application"). Régis Sales is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
The Application collects information when you download and use it. The information collected may include:
Your email address and authentication information when you create an account or log in;
Information necessary to authenticate your account and provide the Application's services;
Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, which may be processed automatically by the Service Provider's backend infrastructure and third-party service providers;
Firebase Cloud Messaging device tokens used to deliver push notifications;
Information related to your use of the Application, such as pages or features accessed, dates and times of use, and time spent using the Application;
Your mobile operating system and related technical device information;
Barcode information scanned through the Application when you choose to use product identification features.
The Application may send barcode information to third-party services, such as Open Food Facts, to search for and retrieve product information.
The Service Provider retains and uses the information collected as described in this Privacy Policy and as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Application.
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, security, or service delivery.
The Application currently uses third-party SDKs and services for purposes including authentication-related functionality, push notifications, crash reporting, and other technical service operations.
Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. You may also request information about how your personal data is processed and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Open Food Facts
The Application may use Firebase services for technical infrastructure, push notifications, crash reporting, and related application functionality.
The Application uses Open Food Facts to search for product information based on barcode data submitted through the product scanning feature.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
When the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
With trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them beyond providing contracted services, and have agreed to handle information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application.
Uninstalling the Application will stop the Application from collecting data directly from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or third parties.

The Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:
User Provided Data: Retained for the duration of your use of the Application and thereafter as necessary for legitimate business, legal, security, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes;

Aggregated and Anonymized Data: May be retained indefinitely where it no longer identifies you;

You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligation or legitimate legal basis requiring the Service Provider to retain certain information.

Please note that some User Provided Data may be required for the Application to function properly, and deleting such data may affect your ability to use certain features or the Application.
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law.
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age in violation of applicable law.
If the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable law, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete such information from its systems.
