Well Fronie, [Sophronia Troupe] I will write you a few lines this morning but I have sent you one letter long ago and I wrote one to Louisa Foster, but I didn’t get one letter since I come out here.
Well, Frony, [Sophronia Troupe] how did the picnic go off in Henry Stahl’s woods? I would liked to been there to help you eat your good dinner. I guess you had a good time.
Frony, [Sophronia Troupe] does Keller preach yet or have they got another preacher? The preachers here are gone to conference now. We won’t have preaching for a couple of weeks yet.
Jonas Hutchins talks of coming out there this fall.
Well Frony, [Sophronia Troupe] has Sidles got their carpet wove yet? Did you weave it for them? And have you got your lining wove? What are you and Mother [ Sarah Hampshire Stahl] working at now? I hant doing much of anything. I helped Susan quilt a quilt the other week. I guess we will quilt another one this week.
Frony, [Sophronia Troupe] did you get a letter for me in Fostoria after I come away? If you did, send it in one of yours when you write. So no more at present. Write soon if you please. I send my best respects to you all.
