Welcome to No Scroll ("App"), provided by Self Invest LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading or using No Scroll, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

• Monthly Subscription: $5.99 per month

• Annual Subscription: $39.99 per year (includes a 1-week free trial that will automatically convert to a paid plan when the free trial is over)

• All payments are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

• Users must manage cancellations and refunds through Apple.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Users must not:

• Use the App for malicious or unauthorized purposes

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the App

• Sell or distribute any part of the App

4. Consent to Share Consumption Data with Apple:

By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple's policies and only as necessary to process your requests.

5. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including unintended app restrictions.

• Arbitration Clause: Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration, waiving the right to a lawsuit.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes agreement to the new Terms.
