This game connects to the internet:

-to exchange the data about player score with Google Play Games plugin.

-to save or load player's progress from the cloud

-to download and load ads from AdMob service by Google

Google Play Games services:

• Reading, Writing and storing player's saved game in cloud service
• Storing players score in leaderboards

Author of the game however, does not Collect any information about players directly. All the exchanged information are handled by Google services, and therefore common rules of certain services apply.
