Nishi Thomas holds a B.Sc. in Forensic Science from Lovely Professional University and an M.Sc. in Forensic Sciences from Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala. She is UGC NET-JRF qualified in Forensic Sciences. Her research, conducted at the Smart Materials and Devices (SMAD) laboratory division, YRC, under Dr. K. Sudakaraprasad, focuses on developing portable colorimetric and electrochemical sensors for practical forensic use. Her interests include Forensic Chemistry, Toxicology, and Forensic Electrochemistry.
