Inchara R is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at the Yenepoya Research Centre, Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), Mangalore, India, focusing on the development of disposable electrochemical nanobio microfluidic paper analytical devices for point-of-care testing of Vitamin D deficiency and related diseases. She completed her Integrated M.Sc. in Molecular Biology from Yuvaraja’s College, University of Mysore, in 2021, where she gained a strong foundation in molecular biology, microbiology, and analytical methods.
Her research expertise lies in electrochemical biosensors and microfluidic paper-based analytical devices (μPADs). She works on Vitamin D deficiency and related diseases to develop portable, low-cost point-of-care (POC) diagnostic systems for clinical applications. Her multidisciplinary approach bridges molecular biology, materials chemistry, and electroanalytical techniques, contributing toward advancements in biosensing and healthcare diagnostics.
