This was originally the home of the Menzie family. Belle Stevenson, and then Karl Alward and his wife also lived in this home at some point.

Kevin Hodgins purchased Woods Hodgins Insurance Broker Operations from his father in 1991. In 1997, the brokerage moved from their location on 141 Main St to its present location.
