Where Storage Unlimited now sits, was once a hotel called Ailsa Craig Hotel. 

In its final years, it was owned by George Hobbs. The business ended in 1943, and the building was torn down. 

Since it was wartime and building supplies were scarce, the lumber was sold off to build cottages in Grand Bend.
