Welcome to nJet, a mobile application owned and operated by EN.AR Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Ghana. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our nJet mobile application (the "App").
By using nJet, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

Full name — used to identify you during registration and transactions.

Mobile phone number — used for mobile money payment processing and two-factor verification.
2.2 Payment & Transaction Information
Mobile Money details (MTN, Telecel, AT) — used to process voting payments on services such as JetCast. We do NOT store your full mobile money PIN or card numbers. All payment transactions are handled through secure, verified payment processors.
Transaction records — including the number of votes purchased, amount paid, and transaction reference numbers.
2.3 Usage & Device Information
Device type and operating system (Android/iOS) — collected automatically to ensure the App functions correctly on your device.
App activity logs — such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To process votes and payments on the JetCast voting platform.
To send payment confirmations and receipts to your email or phone number.
To verify your identity and prevent fraudulent transactions.
To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
To improve and maintain the App's features and performance.
To send important notices about updates, changes to our terms, or service interruptions.
We do NOT sell your personal information to any third party.

Payment Processors: We share necessary transaction details (phone number, amount) with licensed mobile money operators (MTN, Telecel, AT) and card payment gateways to complete your transactions.
Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party providers who assist us in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics), under strict data protection agreements.
Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or a government authority in Ghana or any other applicable jurisdiction.
