Welcome to Niyati, operated by Quantedge Labs. By downloading or utilizing the Niyati app ("the App"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY (DISCLAIMER):

All astrological calculations, palmistry readings, numerology, compatibility reports, tarot insights, and AI-generated chat responses provided by Niyati are intended STRICTLY FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES. Quantedge Labs does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or validity of any predictions. 

The App does NOT provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You should never make critical life decisions based on the content of the App.

2. USER LIMITATIONS AND AGE:

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES:

Niyati offers optional premium features via in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions. All payments are securely processed and managed by Google Play Billing and Adapty. Refund requests must be handled through the Google Play Store according to their standard refund policies.

4. USER CONDUCT:

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to circumvent our premium access systems, or reverse engineer any part of the App's backend or AI prompts.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All graphics, layouts, and prompts generated by Niyati remain the intellectual property of Quantedge Labs.

6. GOVERNING LAW:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chhattisgarh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
