- Account Data: If you create an account, we collect your name and email address via Firebase Authentication and Supabase.

- Astrology Data: We collect your birth details (date, time, and location of birth) necessary to calculate accurate horoscopes, numerology, and chakra charts.

- Usage & Device Data: We collect basic usage logs, device IDs, and crash reports to improve app performance and prevent fraud.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION:

- To generate personalized astrological, palmistry, and tarot readings.

- Your birth details are sent to our secure backend and processed utilizing the Google Gemini API to generate contextual insights. No personally identifiable information (PII) is shared with Google to train their open models.

- To manage your subscription and purchases utilizing Adapty and Google Play Billing.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES:

Our app uses the following third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

- Google Play Services & Billing

- Google Firebase (Authentication & Analytics)

- Google AdMob (Advertising)

- Supabase (Backend Database)

- Adapty (In-App Purchase infrastructure)

We store your data on secure servers. We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. We implement strict security measures to prevent unauthorized access.

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and personal data at any time. You can do this from within the Niyati app via "Settings > Delete Account", or by following the instructions at https://sites.google.com/view/niyatiapp/data-deletion.
