Account & Data Deletion Support

Quantedge Labs respects your privacy. If you wish to delete your Niyati account and completely erase all associated data (including birth details, email, and usage history), you have two options:

OPTION 1: Delete directly within the Niyati App (Recommended):

1. Open the Niyati App on your mobile device.

2. Navigate to the "Profile" or "Settings" tab.

3. Scroll to the "Legal" or "Account" section.

4. Tap on "Delete Account" and confirm your decision.

*Note: This action is permanent and immediate. All your data will be permanently wiped from our secure Supabase database and Firebase authentication.*

OPTION 2: Request manual deletion via Email:

If you no longer have access to the app or have changed your phone device, you can manually request data deletion.

Please send an email from the address associated with your Niyati account to:

Email: akritit0406@gmail.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request

In the body of the email, please include:

- Your Name

- The Email address or Phone Number you used to sign in

Our support team will process your request and permanently wipe your data within 7 business days.

Note on Subscriptions: 

Deleting your Niyati account does NOT automatically cancel your Google Play subscriptions. You must manually cancel your active subscription in your Google Play Store App under "Payments & subscriptions".
