Award categories are open to all Filipino inventors, makers, designers, creative and innovative researchers currently residing in the Philippines, except for the Gregorio Y. Zara Award (Student Research).
The Gregorio Y. Zara Award (Student Research) is only open to Filipino K-12 and college students currently residing in the Philippines. Entries have to be endorsed by their respective school heads.
