USAGES

Any form of unauthorized use of the artwork is strictly prohibited. (e.g.: any form of profitable use, Online Streaming, NFTs or any similar cryptocurrencies, printed merch, etc)

Finished pieces will be displayed as a portfolio.

REVISIONS

For Regular Menu, You will get twice minor revisions during the sketches and once minor revisions during base color.

Extra charges will be applied due to extra revisions. (e.g.: extremely modified poses or major concepts.)

No more revisions are allowed once the base color has been approved and proceed.

RATES

The price listed is the price for personal use.

Additional charges will be applied due to complexity of background, extra detailed ornaments, dynamic poses, additional character, or over-detailed features.

PAYMENTS METHODS

All payments will be proceeds via Buy Me a Coffee.

100% upfront payment, I will start to proceed on your Commission right away, then send the HQ files to your emails after the art piece is finished.

Refund Issues

Not accepting refund right after both parties agreed to proceed with an initial sketch or fixed base color.

No refund is allowed after the commission is done and HQ files are received by clients.

Clients will get a 50% refund of the total payment due to delayed progress more than 5 months since I receive the payment.

Clients will be provided with a full refund if I take more than 5 months without any progress.

ORDER GUIDELINES

1. Clients may fill out the Request Form, they will then be contacted through Discord, Twitter/X, BlueSky, or Facebook Messenger for confirmation and to discuss the concept and character references for the artwork.

2. Commission orders will be automatically canceled if payments are not received due to 48 hours since the invoice is sent.

Surprise Me / SKEB and YCH Policy

No WIP updates or drafts will be shared.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, or refunded.

[Surprise me/Skeb] Feel free to share an overall idea or theme, I'll take care of the rest.

ESTIMATED TIME OF COMPLETION

ETC applied per confirmed payments.

The expected time of completion for each artwork is 7 to 90 days, depending on the styles of artwork, queues, complexity, revisions, and additional request.

Orders with complicated or extra details will take longer to finish. I will inform you immediately in case there is an urgent event that triggers extended time.

TOS VIOLATION

Any irresponsible clients who perform against terms and contracts violation in any way will automatically be permanently banned and blacklisted of future transactions and services.

CONTENTS

Once the order is completed, clients will be informed and receive a high-quality files through email or a drive link.
