About Myself

I am a post-doctoral associate at Yale Center of Customer Insights, School of Management, Yale University.

My research has three interrelated streams. Firstly, I examine how technologies impact consumption as well as consumer experiences. Secondly, I focus on how consumers think and make judgements about money. Finally, I explore consumer choices and behavior in field settings within developing countries.

My research interests have been partly shaped by my industry experience at firms such as American Express, Citi Bank, and GE Capital, where I led digital transformation of consumer products and processes.

I adopt an interdisciplinary approach, using rigorous experiments (e.g., online experiments, randomized control trials in the field), and developing a thorough understanding of respective markets (e.g., by exploring secondary datasets or consumer reviews).

I will be joining the Marketing Department at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University as an Assistant Professor in 2024.
