Nipun Shantha Kahatapitiya (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) holds a Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Honours) Degree in Mechatronics Technology from the Faculty of Technology, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, in 2023. He is currently pursuing a Doctoral (Combined Master’s and PhD) program at the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, College of IT Engineering, Kyungpook National University, Republic of Korea. His research interests include deep learning, optical imaging, and biomedical engineering.
