Ninja Shadow Studio ("NINJA SHADOW STUDIO" or "we") is dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of our online users ("users" or "you"). NINJA SHADOW STUDIO may use the information collecting from you for a variety of purposes, including to:

If there is a breach of security involving your credit card information from our Websites/Apps, we will inform you immediately and take commercially reasonable steps to rectify such breach.

CHILDREN

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our App from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our App is structured to attract anyone under 13.
