The Ninja Crispi Pro Glass is my top pick for the ninja premium home kitchen and furniture category because its modular glass system transforms a single appliance into a complete, non-toxic cooking ecosystem. If you need to cook two distinct dishes simultaneously without waiting, the Ninja Crispi DualZone Glass is the runner-up that lets you manage separate flavors with independent timers.
• Ninja Crispi Pro Glass — best for family meal prep and storing leftovers in the same vessel; pick this if you want a modular base that accepts multiple glass sizes for versatile portion control.
• Ninja Crispi DualZone Glass — best for cooking two different foods at once; pick this if you need independent zones to finish dishes like steak and veggies at the exact same moment.
• Ninja ® HyperHeat™ 9-in-1 — best for rapid pressure cooking and searing; pick this if you want a pot that goes from raw meat to table-ready serveware in half the time of traditional slow cooking.
• Ninja EzView Air Fryer — best for monitoring food without opening the basket; pick this if you need a clear window to check doneness while keeping heat inside the unit.
• Ninja DZ090 — best for quick snacks and small meals using dual baskets; pick this if you prefer a proven dual-zone setup with a compact footprint for smaller kitchens.
• Ninja Combi™ 14-in-1 — best for replacing multiple appliances with one countertop oven; pick this if you need steam and air frying combined to cook frozen food straight to crispy perfection.
• Ninja Air Fryer XL — best for large batches of wings or fries; pick this if you have a big family and need maximum capacity in a space-saving design.
• Ninja Air Fryer Pro — best for everyday basic cooking; pick this if you want a reliable, smaller unit that handles daily roasting and reheating without taking up too much room.
The Ninja Crispi Pro Glass stands out as a serious upgrade for anyone who values clean ingredients and flexible storage. It isn't just an air fryer; it is a family-sized cooking system built around durable, thermal-shock-resistant glassware. You get a massive 6-quart container for main events, but the real magic lies in the modularity. The base can adjust to fit smaller 2.5-quart and 4-quart vessels, meaning you aren't forced to use the giant bowl for a single serving of vegetables. This adaptability makes it ideal for households where portion sizes vary wildly throughout the week.
For the daily cook, the 1800-watt power rating ensures that everything cooks quickly and evenly. Whether you are baking bread, proofing dough, or dehydrating fruit, the precise temperature control keeps results consistent. The glass construction offers a significant health advantage over traditional nonstick coatings, as it is designed to be nontoxic and free from harmful chemicals. Plus, the elevated design allows you to keep an eye on your food without lifting a lid, which helps maintain the internal temperature and airflow needed for perfect crisping.
However, this system does come with a trade-off regarding weight and counter space. Because it relies on heavy glass containers and a robust modular base, it is a substantial piece of equipment that demands a permanent spot on your countertop. The 6-quart capacity is impressive, feeding up to ten people, but if you live alone or in a tiny studio apartment, the sheer volume might feel overwhelming. Additionally, while the glass is durable, it requires careful handling compared to lightweight metal baskets, and the snap-lock lids must be managed carefully to ensure they stay fresh. I recommend this unit specifically for families who prioritize non-toxic materials and the ability to store leftovers directly in the cooking vessel.
If your morning routine involves rushing to get breakfast ready for two people who want different things, the Ninja Crispi DualZone Glass is a game-changer. It is the first glass air fryer to introduce DualZone technology, giving you two independent 4-quart CleanCrisp containers that operate simultaneously. You can roast potatoes in one zone while air-frying salmon in the other, each with its own settings. The Smart Finish feature calculates the start times so both dishes hit the table together, eliminating the frustration of back-to-back cooking that plagues single-basket models.
The versatility here extends beyond just cooking times. The Match Cook function mirrors the settings from one zone to the other, instantly doubling your capacity for large batches of sides or appetizers. This is particularly useful for holiday gatherings or Sunday dinners where you need to prepare a lot of food efficiently. The glassware itself is thermal-shock resistant, allowing you to move items straight from the fridge to the fryer, and the integrated feet make it safe to place directly on granite or marble counters without fear of damage. Cleanup is equally stress-free since all accessories, including the glass containers and crisper plates, are dishwasher-safe.
The primary compromise with this model is its physical size and weight. The footprint is also wider due to the dual-basket layout, requiring ample counter depth. While the 8-quart total capacity is fantastic, it means you cannot easily tuck this away in a cupboard when not in use. I suggest this choice for busy households where speed and simultaneous cooking are non-negotiable, provided you have the space to accommodate its larger, heavier frame.

The Ninja ® HyperHeat™ 9-in-1 Pressure Cooker brings a level of speed and versatility to the kitchen that changes how you approach weeknight dinners. Unlike traditional multicookers that take hours to build pressure, this unit uses HyperHeat Technology to preheat rapidly and reach optimal pressure levels much faster. It effectively cooks food up to two times faster than standard slow cooking methods, turning a four-hour braise into a manageable hour-long task. With nine functions ranging from pressure cooking and slow cooking to sous vide and yogurt making, it replaces a pantry full of gadgets with one sleek device.
What truly sets this apart is the SimpliServe Pot. Instead of transferring food to a separate dish before serving, you can bring the cooker directly to the dining table. This feature is incredibly convenient for hosting dinner parties or family meals, as it reduces the number of dirty dishes and keeps food hot until everyone is seated. The 6.5-quart capacity is generous enough to handle a whole chicken or a large roast, feeding eight to ten people comfortably. The ceramic nonstick pot is also PFAS-free, offering a safer cooking surface that wipes clean easily even after high-heat searing.
Despite its impressive capabilities, there are limitations to consider. Furthermore, while the heating element is powerful, the learning curve for managing pressure release and timing can be steeper than a simple air fryer. If you are someone who prefers "set it and forget it" simplicity without any pressure management, this might require more attention than you expect. I find this product best suited for home cooks who want to experiment with diverse techniques like sous vide and rapid steaming without needing multiple appliances cluttering their counters.
For those who dislike the guesswork of checking if food is done by shaking the basket, the Ninja EzView Air Fryer offers a solution right at your fingertips. The standout feature is the transparent window, which allows you to monitor your food's progress without interrupting the cooking cycle. Opening the basket releases heat and disrupts the airflow, often leading to unevenly cooked food; the EzView window solves this entirely. You can see the browning process in real-time, ensuring you pull your fries or chicken wings out exactly when they reach that perfect golden crisp.
The 5.5-quart capacity is substantial enough to handle a family-sized portion of fries or a whole bird, making it a solid choice for regular meal preparation. Max Crisp Technology pushes temperatures up to 450°F, delivering superheated air that cooks food 30% faster than older models. This speed, combined with the wide temperature range from 105°F to 450°F, gives you control over everything from dehydrating herbs to roasting a dense root vegetable. The nonstick basket and crisper plate are dishwasher safe, simplifying the cleanup process significantly.
The trade-off here is that the window adds complexity to the cleaning process. While the basket cleans easily, the window itself needs to be wiped down to prevent grease buildup, which can obscure visibility over time. Additionally, the presence of the window means the interior chamber is slightly different from standard models, though this rarely impacts performance. I recommend this for parents or cooks who want visual confirmation of their food's status without constantly opening the unit, making it a practical tool for consistent results.
The Ninja DZ090 Foodi is a classic example of smart engineering that prioritizes efficiency for small to medium-sized families. It features two independent 3-quart baskets that allow you to cook two different foods at different temperatures simultaneously. The DualZone Technology includes Smart Finish, which automatically adjusts the start times so that two dishes with different cooking durations finish at the exact same moment. This is a huge time-saver for preparing complete meals like protein and a side dish without having to juggle timing or hold food under a warming lamp.
With a total capacity of 6 quarts, this unit can handle mains and sides for a small family or up to four pounds of fries. The cyclonic fans and rapid heaters in each zone ensure that even though the baskets are separate, the air circulation is powerful enough to deliver crispy results. The controls are straightforward, offering five customizable programs for air frying, baking, roasting, reheating, and dehydrating. Cleanup is minimal thanks to the nonstick baskets and dishwasher-safe crisper plates, which slide out effortlessly.
The main limitation of the DZ090 is its fixed capacity per zone. While the total volume is good, you cannot expand individual baskets beyond 3 quarts, which might be restrictive for very large portions of a single item. However, the Match Cook feature mitigates this by letting you copy settings across both zones to double up on a single dish. I view this as an excellent entry-level dual-zone unit for those who want the convenience of two baskets without the bulk of the larger glass systems, provided their household size fits within the 6-quart total.
The Ninja Combi™ 14-in-1 Multicooker represents the pinnacle of countertop consolidation. It merges the functions of an air fryer, toaster oven, steamer, and multicooker into a single, powerful unit. Its unique Combi Cooker Technology combines HyperSteam and air frying, allowing you to thaw and cook frozen food in minutes. Steam thaws the food through to a safe internal temperature, while the rapid cyclonic air crisps the exterior, resulting in juicy insides and crispy outsides without any dry spots. This capability alone saves the step of defrosting, which is a massive advantage for busy weeknights.
This appliance boasts an impressive 14-in-1 versatility, handling tasks from rice and pasta to pizza and sous vide. The XL capacity can feed up to eight people, fitting a 6-pound roast chicken or a 10-inch pizza inside a relatively compact footprint. The nonstick Combi Cooker Pan doubles as a serving dish, further reducing the number of pots and pans you need to wash. It effectively replaces five different appliances, decluttering your kitchen while expanding your culinary options. The included recipe book provides chef-created guidance to help you utilize the various functions immediately.
However, the sheer power and complexity of the Combi come with a learning curve. Managing steam and air flow simultaneously requires understanding the interaction between the two technologies to get the best results. I recommend this for the serious home cook who wants to eliminate appliance clutter and tackle complex meals with speed, assuming they have the counter space and willingness to master a multifunctional device.
The Ninja Air Fryer XL is designed for those who need maximum output without sacrificing floor space. The Max Crisp Technology delivers 450°F of superheated air, ensuring that even large batches achieve a restaurant-style crunch with little to no oil. This capacity is ideal for meal prepping, allowing you to cook a week's worth of proteins or sides in a single session.
Its design focuses on efficiency and ease of use. The compact footprint belies its generous capacity, fitting seamlessly into smaller kitchens without dominating the counter. The nonstick basket and removable crisper plate are dishwasher safe, ensuring that cleanup after a large batch of wings is as easy as rinsing a pan. The six cooking functions cover all the essentials, from air frying and roasting to baking and dehydrating, providing a complete solution for healthy, oil-free meals.
The only downside to the XL model is its bulkiness when compared to smaller units. While the footprint is optimized, the overall volume is still significant, and it may not be suitable for very narrow counters. Additionally, the 6.5-quart size might be overkill for a single person, potentially leading to unused energy consumption for small meals. I suggest this unit for families or individuals who frequently cook in large batches and value the ability to serve a crowd without running multiple cycles.
For everyday cooking needs that don't require massive capacity, the Ninja Air Fryer Pro strikes a balance between performance and space saving. The Air Crisp Technology uses 400°F superheated air to surround food, delivering hot and crispy results with minimal oil. Its four customizable functions—Air Fry, Roast, Reheat, and Dehydrate—cover the vast majority of daily cooking tasks without unnecessary complexity.
The design philosophy here is simplicity and efficiency. The unit is lighter and more compact than the XL versions, making it easier to store or move if needed. The nonstick basket and crisper plate are easy to clean, and the wide temperature range allows for flexibility in cooking various foods. It is built for the user who wants a reliable appliance that gets the job done quickly without taking up a large portion of their kitchen real estate.
The trade-off is that it lacks some of the advanced features found in higher-end models, such as dual zones or glass windows. The 400°F maximum temperature is slightly lower than the 450°F found in Max Crisp models, which might result in marginally slower crisping for very dense foods. However, for the average cook, this difference is negligible. I recommend the Air Fryer Pro for singles, couples, or small families who prioritize a clean, uncluttered countertop and need a dependable workhorse for daily meals.
