2. Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. This section explains how Ninio handles data:
Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or share any personal identifiable information (such as your name, email, or health data). You do not need to create an account to use Ninio.
Third-Party Analytics & Monetization: To maintain and improve our app, we use trusted third-party services:
RevenueCat: We use this service to manage auto-renewable subscriptions securely. It collects anonymous purchase history and basic analytics for app functionality. It does not link this data to your identity.
Google AdMob: We use AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect your Device ID, Advertising Data, and Product Interaction data to serve personalized ads and track ad performance.
3. Terms of Use (EULA) By downloading and using the Ninio app, you agree to the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA).
Subscriptions: Ninio offers Premium auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) to unlock all sounds, stories, and an ad-free experience.
Payment & Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
