I am an associate professor in Economics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. I am also an associate member at the Department of Economics, University of Oxford, a research fellow at RFBerlin, and a research fellow at the CESifo network. My research interests are labor economics and applied microeconomics, with a focus on the economics of the family and gender-based violence. I am interested in combining economic theory with empirical analysis to understand the incentives behind household behavior and the effects of family, gender, and crime on individual labor market outcomes. My work involves both structural and reduced-form analysis.
