I am currently a senior researcher at Apple since 2022. Before this I was a research scientist at Adobe Research since 2018. I like to solve challenging computer vision and machine learning problems to enable more possibilities and make life better for everyone.
I got my PhD degree in 2017 from the ECE Department of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), advised by Prof. Thomas Huang. I obtained my B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the honored class of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2011, advised by Associate Prof. Weiyao Lin and Prof. Xiaokang Yang.
