Currently I am working at Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Mumbai as Assistant Professor, teaching Mechanical engineering subjects. Apart from teaching, I have actively worked with a team in a project which was funded by IEEE Humanitarian Activities Committee for an amount of $27,588.34 in 2017. The project objective was to enable cellular network connectivity in the tribal village of Walvanda, Maharashtra State, India, by installing a self-sustaining cellular solar powered repeater with coverage of 1KM radius from the center of the village and also to facilitate mobile handset charging to the tribal’s by providing solar powered community chargers. My role was to design and install the solar system for charging both cellular repeater and community charger.
I am also heading the Motor sports club of Don Bosco, this club involves a team of students and me, who actively works in design and manufacturing of QUAD bikes. Our team, Xanthium racing under motor sport club won a National level award for best CAE design at National QBDC (Quad Bike Design Challenge) event in 2018.
