I have been described as an enthusiastic learner. My enthusiasm drives my passion for solving performance gaps through distinct learning solutions.
In brainstorming, I constantly say, “What if…” because I like to think outside the box and I am curious to find solutions that may not have been thought of before. In using the ADDIE and SAM model, I like to analyze the data for the performance gap, then brainstorm how we can truly engage the learner, then make the assessment applicable to the expected outcome.
I specialize in curriculum development and employee development in person, virtually, and blended. I have worked on global teams and found that merging ideas to create a new learning experience has always been my favorite part of instructional design.
I am an adventurous and energetic person that thrives under pressure, timelines, and budgets. My latest adventure in my spare time has been taking trapeze classes and I am hooked.
