Niharika Sri Parasa is the Co-Founder of AdvaitAI. Her research focuses on building safe, aligned, and trustworthy AI systems, with interests spanning AI safety and alignment, computational creativity and human-centric AI.

She has over eight years of experience across industry and research, working in machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, automation, and AI-powered frameworks. Her research experience includes computational creativity and the development of AI systems for language and learning. She completed her master’s thesis, advised by Prof. Srinath Srinivasa, on “An Approach to Generating Conceptual Riddles for Learning Purposes.”

Her current work explores how AI systems can be made safer, more human aligned, trustworthy.
