I’m an Economist at the European Central Bank, DG Economics (on leave from the Bank of Italy). 

I hold a PhD in Economics from Bocconi University and an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.

My research interests lie at the intersection of Macro, Labor, and Monetary Economics, with focus on how firm and worker heterogeneity shape aggregate outcomes and influence the conduct of monetary policy.
