I am a postdoctoral research fellow at the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University, where my research focuses on substance use, health policy, and the broader public health impacts of drug regulation and access. My work sits at the intersection of applied microeconomics, policy evaluation, and public health, with particular emphasis on the opioid epidemic and the ways it interacts with other policy areas, health systems, and community-level vulnerabilities.
I earned my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa in 2024.
