Nicole Brar VR Fitness is proud to offer yoga instruction via Zoom call and virtual reality meet-ups. She offers instruction on the basics of yoga, which includes introducing her clients to powerful poses, like lotus, chair, boat, plow and the many warrior stances. Nicole likes to consider herself a student of the ancient forms of yoga and a creator of modern practices of her own. She is well-versed in all 7 of the traditional forms, including Raja, Karma, Jhana, Bhakti, Mantra and Tantra. On her blog, Nicole shares interesting information about yoga, as well as stories from her journey. And she’s setting out to help her clients do just that by providing live healthy cooking tutorials, weight training sessions and yoga instruction.
